Accommodation

London offers a diverse range of options for hotel accommodations. Several hotels near Imperial College offer discounted rates for the workshop attendees; the Imperial College Accommodation service provides a list of hotels that can be booked at a special rate. In order for the attendees to book their rooms at these rates, they will need to contact the accommodation service directly.

The venue is easily accessible through public transport, so we also advise a wider search through online hotel/hostel booking sites (e.g. booking.com, trivago.co.uk, hotels.com) to evaluate a broader range of prices/features, which might provide even better rates. For example, the Bayswater and Notting Hill areas offer a wide range of hotels and are relatively close to Imperial College (about 30min walk through Hyde Park or 2-3 tube stops to Gloucester or South Kensington stops).
