Paul-Antoine was a post-doctoral researcher in the Department of Computing at Imperial College London, where he worked in the Software Reliability Group on Multi-Version Execution and selective binary rewriting. His diverse research interests include embedded systems, computer architecture, energy-aware programming, scheduling, compilers and execution models.
He earned his PhD from University of Bordeaux in 2015, as a result of a three-year joint industrial-academic work with STMicroelectronics and Inria, under the supervision of Emmanuel Jeannot and Samuel Thibault. Paul-Antoine’s dissertation dived into the challenges of executing streaming applications, such as video decoding algorithms, on light-weight heterogeneous embedded platforms. Prior to joining SRG, he also worked on functionnally-asymmetric multiprocessors and the RISC-V ISA.
